What makes the tomb in Amphipolis unique is its depth and decoration with sculptures. "This is something we have never seen before in Macedonian graves. The fact that a new entrance to the fourth room has been discovered, which is located on the lower level compared to the other three, complicates things even further. My opinion is that, as regards the third room, things seemed logical," concludes Romiopoulou.
