Communication in a team is non-verbal and is going though body language and voice acoustics

    We people, except that we are designed to connect and communicate with each other, we are also always a part of  some group - family, friends, work team, social community. Our society is made up of different groups that are overflowing. The smallest unit is the family, next comes the group of followers and friends, working groups (the team, in which we work), social, community groups and organizations.
    The relations between two people are quite different from the relationship between three or four. Even when people are the same. Nothing has changed, people are still the same. The accents, however are placed elsewhere. Figuratively speaking another nerve center, has been pushed.

    One of the lesser known "abilities" of astrology is the one related to analyzing the relationship between people when they are in a group - three, four, five, ten or more people. The ignorance about this aspect of astrology is understandable since it has applications in the analysis of the relations between people in a group. When you form working groups and teams of all kinds. Is applicable in analysis of family relationships, but people are rarely interested in such.

    I presented you with a separate article on what happens when two people meet. How does the attraction and communication between them happen. But when a third person joins these two a new model of relations is automatically triggered. A group is already established. The analysis of group relations is quite different from the analysis of relations between two people.

    In practice, astrological analysis of work teams are very rarely made, but perhaps it is more accurate to say never. The usual assumption of astrology is: "no sane person would use it in something as serious as the business." Creating a team of people to be able to work together is a very difficult process. And this is the main focus in each company. In the family group, although relations also form following some specific model the situation is different. Because the mother will always be a mother, these are relationships and ties that never break. But when we talk about relationships in a group, in a team, we are going out in a completely different field. The roles of the people and their positions can be changed. The tasks that a person performs can easily be changed without affecting the main activity.

    When several people get together, after combining their horoscopes a specific model is formed. Imagine 5 people. Each horoscope contains about 80 parameters to be taken into account. For 5 people a total of 400 factors are handled out of which are extracted the dominant ones. After determining the specific model of a group, each person participating in it connects to the other through certain planets and areas of his own horoscope. These planets become extremely important to him because this is his place in the group, the way in which he will be seen by the others and the way in which he will contribute to the overall objectives of the group. In practice, the team will require the given person to manifest only some of his characteristics, talents and abilities.

    People in a group or team automatically move the focus to different sides of their personality. How does this happen? Imagine that you have two friends. When you are with one of them most clearly are activated for example the Sun, Mars and Mercury. When you're with the other, are activated Mars, Moon and Jupiter. And then the three of you get together. Automatically in you the focus on Mars is doubled in the combination with these people, you become the person who brings motivation, energy, urging for something to be done, a person who manages to cope well with any challenges and conflicts. Or you are seen as man as an anarchist, who brings confusion and tension. Depends on what is the position of this planet. And those are the things that in an environment with other people you will not demonstrate so clearly.

    Let us suppose that a team of three people has been formed and between them is shaped a model in which the emphasis falls on the first house for all people. In a strong emphasis on the first house of horoscope, which is responsible for the "I am" the audibility among people is at the minimum threshold. When falling into such a model, each person instinctively seeks to stand out. Domestic competition becomes serious with dimensions. As a team they would not be willing to accept any external opinion or external influence on the ways in which they work. Everyone is willing to act alone. The biggest mistake that can be admitted in such a team is for someone to obtain an individual approval from the superiors. This can destroy the team forcing people into it to start fighting for dominance.

    If this is a team of people with different specialties and they work on a project, each doing his part, the model is in line with the objectives of the team. Because the independence and proof of competence will be entirely feasible and even desirable. For example, one of them is an architect and has to make architectural plans, the other is a designer and has to make furniture, and the third is an economist. But if this is a team of people with the same specialty, which should govern together, make decisions, plan together, be prepared - there definitely will be a problem who should be on top, who to be seen.

    Another important and crucial factor is how the planets in the individual horoscopes are emphasized. Above I gave an example of the emphasis on Mars. When the emphasized planets are brought to focus for each group member very quickly can be determined whether in this group there are people who occupy the necessary positions: leadership, energy and motivation, balance, control and enforcement, foresight and vision, coordination and planning, commitments and carry responsibility. There are many cases when people are gathered, all of them great professionals, but team work overall is not achieved. Sometimes the reason is that between them no one has an emphasis on the Sun, which is the main planet when it comes to leadership, even informally. Or there is no person to assume coordination and planning. And it is not because none of them has individual qualities to lead, plan and coordinate. These abilities of theirs remain at the background - the general model of relationships provokes others.

    When forming teams, especially in companies the fact that the objectives of the team should be consistent with the pattern of relationships that are formed between people is rarely taken into account. Today, all larger companies have a special department that deals with the selection and training of employees. A lot and various types of seminars and training for teamwork, leadership skills, improving the efficiency and productivity of people are carried out. Huge numbers of specialists in the field of human resources work tirelessly and create brilliant theories and methodologies. These trainings are interesting, but in most cases do not change anything. If they are aimed at detecting the relationships model created in a team and introduce a change in the activities and responsibilities of each person so as to be synchronized, they would be extremely successful. But when trainings are aimed at people to change their internal relationships ... Well, it seems to me that this is a dead end street.
    No man can be changed physically. And there is no person who can master their physical instinctive reactions. Communication between people in a group is not mental, intellectual or through the speech. It is basically going through non-verbal and body language and voice acoustics. Sometimes it does not matter at all what we say, it is important what radiate through our body and voice. This is a long known fact.

    Of course, there are no random things in life and in one way or another man comes to the most appropriate for him environment to be able to realize his individual destiny. The astrological team analysis, however, is useful to understand on what should be targeted the focus and activity for each person in a certain group of people. How to allocate the positions and duties. To identify strengths and weaknesses of the team, not of the people individually, because these are two different things.

    For better or worse, this use of astrology remains almost impracticable. Whether today's business world does not need astrology or vice versa - astrology should not be used in the business world - for me personally is a question with no answer for the moment.
