Protests in August by the union of public employees ADEDY

According ADEDY the amendments proposed by the government will reduce the income of public employees with over 40%.

In its message the union organization speaks of "new dramatic and devastating reductions in salaries of public employees" and declares protest action "even in August."

ADEDY stresses that the Government introduced the amendment as a “surprise” because next week a bill for the establishment of staffing table was to be presented and discussed.

"Instead the government faced us with a fact and ended the dialogue by announcing dramatic reductions for all employees, without any criteria, leading to further losses in the income of employees", noted ADEDY.
