They say that hopes die last. And we stop at nothing in the pursuit of those great desires, hoping that we will achieve them. We can resist anything but not the temptation of the desire that has aroused. In all religious texts, it is written that we must refrain and not yield to the temptations that life offers us. In a sense this is true, but if it is seen from the bell tower of spirituality. Namely, that if we want to be free from the suffering of this world, we need to get out of the cycle of life and never be born again. However, if it is seen from the bell tower of life here on earth, things look quite different. Desire and temptation are what supports it. Desire is the force that drives people towards evolution and progress; it has moved them from the Stone Age to the Bronze Age, then to the Iron Age and in this way to this day.

Today's article is about our greatest desires and temptations, about what we are "greedy and hungry" for and what leads us towards evolution and personal progress. If no temptations and desires existed, humanity would be in the Stone Age even today.

In astrology, the eleventh house and Aquarius are mainly related to progress, hopes, desires, temptations and a rush to the future. Also, they are associated with social groups and people around the world as a great human family. Figuratively, I would say that the eleventh house is the "greediest" in the horoscope. It reflects the full flow of what we gain in life and all of our desires and temptations. However, we are subject not only to desires for material things, although they predominate. A man is not only a body. People have souls and what is above matter and emotions – a spirit. Therefore, in astrology, there are three main bearings: the Ascendant is related to temptations and desires in the physical dimension of life – what we can touch, see and catch; the Moon is related to temptations and desires in our emotional world and the sun is related to temptations and desires in the spiritual world.
