Greek premier Costas Karamanlis is on one day working visit to London today.

At 12.00 p.m. he will visit 10 Downing Street and have a meeting with

British Prime Minister Gordon Brown. The basic issue will be the solution of

the economic crisis, but it is also expected Karamanlis to claim the Greek

request to return the Parthenon Marbles from the British Museum back to Greece.

At 4.00 p.m. Costas Karamanlis will meet the UK Conservative Party Leader

David Cameron.

     In the early afternoon the Greek Prime Minister will speak at ship owners forum

at Travellers’s Club. At 7.15 p.m., as grreporter.info has already announced, Costаs Karamanlis will open the major exhibition of Byzantine art “Byzantium 330-1453” at the Royal Academy of Arts.

     Costas Karamanlis will return to Greece later the same evening.
