No more "eternal students" and uncontrolled funding of Greek universities

The new law will establish an entity in the form of a limited liability company, which will deal with the allocation of university funds. State funding will continue but it will be in compliance with the active students and the scale of each university. Bonuses are provided for cases of significant achievements. The funding will be interrupted when the universities do not sign program contracts with the state for four years, as provided by the existing law.
