This week’s GRReporter HOT 15 is following the carnival rhythms! February hosted three big carnivals – Mardi Gras, the carnival in Rio and the one in Venice! This is why our music editors did their best to reflect the dancing mood in our chart as well. Lady Gaga and Just Dance rightfully climbed up 2 positions and became number 1 for this week, in order to awake the dancer in all of us.

Bulgaria voted for a Eurovision song and made the right decision! Krasi’s song Illusion has been our favorite since the beginning and we are happy he made it! It is beyond us why his success became so controversial in Bulgaria because his song answers all Eurovision requirements – from the ethnic rhythms to the different and unique sound. Good luck Krasi! The Boy does Nothing is undoubtedly a song, which kicks your adrenalin from the first time you hear it and it deserves its prestigious number three in GRR HOT 15! For a third week “Broken Strings” is in our top 5! With such a ballade, it is hard for any other song to compete with Nelly Furtado and James Morrison, so it keeps its high position with pride. Sadly, Rihanna has been falling in our chart and is number nine this week with her song Live Your Life.

Number 5 in our chart is a big surprise! Anna Vissi climbed up 6 positions and proved that she can successfully compete with all foreign artists. Same can be said also about Flo Rida - he leads all American charts and makes it seem as if hip hop was just born! Right Round is the number one hip hop song and it deserves its sixth place after climbing up with 4 positions since last week. On the other hand, the Greek rapper Goin’ Through kept his high ranking for a while but this week is down with 6 positions. A new rap song is entering our chart his week on 14th position and this is the Bulgarian rappers Hora ot Getoto & Lubo with “Me & You.” Three rappers from different countries in one chart – interesting competition and we are looking forward to see who will climb ahead of the other.

Mariana Popova was Krasi’s main competitor for Eurovision but it seems something in her song “Crazy” was missing for the competition, which is the reason why it keeps its 7th position from last week in GRR HOT 15. We enjoy the song and believe that its great rhythm combined with Mariana’s sex appeal can help her career shoot up! Jura Tone and Chance to Love You also did not make it to Eurovision but it is up to our requirements for great rhythm, which makes your feet move!

It’s Friday today and we can all say that This is Our Night! Sakis Rouvas’ song made it to Eurovision and it will keep making our night for a while! The song climbed up 3 positions and took number 11 in GRR HOT 15! Great song, which we are sure, will get to the top soon. His other song, “Came” entertained our readers for a while and now it is falling with seven positions. One song going down but another one is heading for the top! Typical for Sakis!

Now, after so much dancing, singing and excitement, it’s time to calm down with a new song in the chart – Kanye West and his Love Lockdown on number 14. Calm? Not really, because number 15 is Sander Van Doorn Vs. Robbie Williams and “Close my Eyes”! Great techno rhythm, which will send you straight to the dance floors!
