This week we have a new addition with which we are extremely proud of! This is LiLana, who made a song with none other but…Snoop Dog and Big Sha! It has been a while since we last saw a Bulgarian performer singing with a star like Snoop. Whether you like the music he does or not, everyone can agree he is a star in what he does. Who was the connection, how did this duet happen and juicy details around the making of the video clip, you will read later on by grreporter.info. So this week, our new girly girl LiLana and Snoop Dog are on number 15 with their song “Dime Piece.” The last position does not suit them and we are sure, they will move up quickly!

The other new song in GRR HOT 15 is called “Balarines Epitrepontai” and is by Filippos Pliatsikas. The song has the summer rhythm and something else in it…the only way I can describe this something else is by comparing it to an old Bulgarian children movie (or any even foreign movie from the 70s). The song gives me the same feeling – free time, no worries, summer, simple but satisfying life…and many feelings, which cannot be explained but only felt. I hope you like the something else in the song and you will be able to enjoy it the way I do.

Now, this week the number one position still belongs to Armin van Buuren and Sharon den Adel with their song “In and Out of Love.” I can see how hard it is for this song to leave the first position because it gives so much energy and positive thinking that it is hard to let go. Armin knows how to entertain and does it successfully. And guess what? He loves Greeks! On April 26^th, he commented on Twitter that: “Wicked gig in Thessaloniki. I'm so glad the scene in Greece is back! One of the best crowds in the world!” We are very glad to hear that and we hope he will visit Athens soon!

Lady Gaga is slowly but surely taking her deserved position among the top 5. This week she is number two (after a jump of 2 positions) with her song “Love Game.” Jump here, jump there…for one year Lady Gaga managed to conquer the world and our hearts with it. A lot of hard work, which paid off and now Gaga needs some time off. So, the Lady is taking the whole August off, after she almost collapsed from exhaustion at a recent show in Atlanta. Good! There isn’t anything better than picking the fruits of her hard work.

With one position down on number 3 is our favorite Sakis Rouvas with his song “This is our night.” Following is Miro with “August is September,” who jumped up with three positions. Miro is leading many Bulgarian charts and it will be interesting to see whether he will manage to fight off the competition in GRR HOT 15 for the first place. 

Number five in this week’s GRR HOT 15 is Britney Spears with “If you Seek Amy,” which climbed up with one position since last week! Britney is going on a Europe tour but unfortunately we will not see her in Athens. At least not yet…plans might change, who knows?

The Bulgarian Cubanita, Milenita is number 6 with her rhythmic song “Niama.” For the last few weeks she has been falling in the chart, which does not make us too happy but we have to admit that she has been with us for a long time. Now, we cannot wait for another song of hers!

“Dead and Gone” by Justin Timberlake and T.I. has conquered the lucky number 7! The song went up only with one position this week and it seems that is going up very slowly…who knows it might not make it to the top. But let us wait and see… On the other hand, number ten is taken by Eminem and his song “We Made You.” The singer has returned to the music scene full of power. Publishing Album after album and single after single! It feels good tо have Eminem back, don’t you think? If anything else, it reminds you of the fun 90s!

Following are two Greek songs, one of which has been falling down and the other one – climbing up! Yes, unfortunately Andonis Remos and his song “Eho Esena” are going down with 3 positions. Kokkina Halia on the other hand raised with 4 positions and is right under Andonis on number 9. It seems that the Greek summer rhythm songs are doing well in GRR HOT 15. When you think about it, it makes sense! Summer is coming and while at work, we want to hear songs, which remind us of the beach and all the fun we have with our friends!

Eleni Peta and “Val ta sta Podia” is a great powerful song, which stayed and succeeded in GRR HOT 15 for many weeks and for some time now, it has been falling – this week Eleni is one position down, landing on number 11. Number twelve is hosting Stavros Ntantous & The Los Tigainos with their song “Prosehe.” Sadly, the Greek Bob Markey fell with 3 positions. Hopefully we will see more summery songs entering GRR HOT 15.

Lady Gaga’s competitor Anna Vissi jumped up with 2 positions and is currently number 13 with her song “Stin Pyra.” The song reminds Gaga’s style but we are sure that Anna’s fans will support it and it will reach the heights.
