Panos Kamenos filed a complaint in the Supreme court for fraud, which cost his party "Independent Greeks” votes in the election. According to him there was a permanent loss of tendentious "Independent Greeks" bulletins in five constituencies - Kipseli, Glyfada, Neo Faliro, Galatsi and Koropi. Based on the latest data from the Ministry of Internal Affairs the disaffiliated from New Democracy far right centrist party has received 10.1 percent of the electoral vote. The "Independent Greeks" party was formed after Panos Kamenos refused to vote "For" the second contract for financial assistance and opposed the policy framed by the Memorandum for financial assistance.

During a discussion on TV Antenna, a representative of the "Independent Greeks" confirmed that the party she represents will not cooperate with any political party that has signed the contracts for financial assistance. This means that "Independent Greeks" will not offer a hand either to New Democracy, PASOK or LAOS.
