Shop assistant (female) in a consumer electronics shop

Region:
Northern suburbs of Attica - Halandri

Type of employment :
Full-time employment

Professional duties:
The successful candidate will join a dynamic team of employees who are working in the shop of the company in the neighbourhood of Halandri (298 Kifisyas Avenue), striving to excellent customer service. The main duties are as follows:

Customer service both within the shop and on the telephone or via the Internet.
Offering advice and alternatives related to the needs of each customer.
Selling appliances and electronics as well as supplies for them, offering repair and maintenance services for the devices.

Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar position
Familiar with computer devices and electronics
Aged up to 28 years.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
Result orientated person with excellent customer service skills
