Technical consultant in a car service station

Requirements for the position:
Degree from a Technical University/College (Motor vehicles)
Very good computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet)
Communication skills, sales orientation
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, that of a technical consultant in a car service being considered an advantage  
Politeness, team player, respect for procedures, improving procedures
Served military service
Driving licence

Competencies:
Accepting and handing over the cars in the service station
Arranging meetings with service customers
Ability to assess damage in the service station
Explaining the activities carried out and their value
Stay up-to-date in terms of the technical update of  car models
Selling additional products and services to customers
Warranty service
Performing final inspections before the delivery of the vehicles.
