Needs assessment and appointments for presentations to potential customers
Informing customers on the phone

Candidate profile :
At least 2 years of experience in the field of telephone sales (experience in the field of information technology will be considered an advantage )
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
Good English knowledge
Negotiation skills and customer orientation
Effective time planning and work organisation skills
