In this article I will inform you about the "climate" characteristics for the period February 15 -  29 and who will be affected by them. This climate affects people in different ways because it is directly dependent on the individual’s horoscope.

In my previous article about the first half of February I informed you that I expected the main topic among the public to be related to preservation. With a sense of obligation and responsibility and the need to protect and nurture. I expected that the number of all those who need care, protection, and the need for survival would increase. Mostly people and communities of diverse types (from individuals to large countries). And on the other hand - taking responsibility and obligations – starting to appear are strong restrictions. In other words, everyone expects that someone else must take care of things. This theme prevails even in respect to what is worth being preserved and maintained.

I expected that during these days a peculiar start would be laid for reforms of all kinds. Not new ones but old. Problems until now unresolved and undetected emerge rapidly and cause us to go back to them. But with the manifestation of a tendency to have a strong resistance towards those who have a different perspective.

In Bulgaria, a flood occurred in Biser village, which again unveiled the topic of organization and responsibility for the lakes. In Romania, the Prime Minister surprisingly submitted his resignation in order to dispel tension in the country as a rescue gesture towards economic stability. In Greece, the situation becomes more and more critical. New conditions were imposed on the government and I would not be surprised if behind closed doors there will be discussions on whether it is worth continuing efforts to reach agreement.

For the second half of February generally the topics remain the same. I informed you that around 12 February there will be a change in the "eye lenses", the background changes and there will be scenery changes toward social unrest. The next two months are outlined to be very hard. Social unrest is full of serious physical tensions and difficulties. On the one hand there will be a huge demand for resources for different activities for the implementation of various plans. And on the other – the need to pay attention to small things, the details of small victories and successes in life. Very pressing and emergency situations may appear, but also lack of resources for their implementation. The new social wave that will begin in the second half of February and will be active during the next two months will be led by the key phrase "There is no money. Act.”

After 20 February very uncertain days are heading our way. I expect a deep stagnation and for it to be "very dark" everywhere. There may be a cooling of relations and partnerships of various types due to fraud, misunderstandings and lies. It is not impossible to have a waiver of partnerships and separation from various groups. Noone will wish to carry out his part of the "deal”. And this will probably be the reason for starting to make new plans. The individual horoscope also reflects this issue.
