Weight is one of our greatest "enemies". Almost 95% of people have sometimes faced this problem - how to adjust their weight and reduce it. Diets are good, but unfortunately no one loves them. Or at least not for a long time. We see them as a treatment - we follow a regime for a few months or up to a year after which we want to return to our freedom and we don't want to be careful about what we eat any more. Diet should not be seen as a "treatment". It is something which is for life. Every person has a certain type of digestive system which functions in a certain way and at a certain pace. Experts found out long ago what the main causes of obesity are, but the problem is that not everyone gains weight because, for example, he or she isn't doing active sports three times a week. Not that sports and movement are not recommended, but certainly there are people among our readers, who take regular exercise and are physically active but still put on weight and cannot handle the extra kilograms.
