Residence as a geographical location is a very important question for everyone. In today's world, it is too easy to move to live in another city or another country. The main reason for moving to another location, different from home, is the opportunity to work and make a living that could secure a better quality of life. Of course, there are other reasons that could provoke such a step. However, many people do not at all think about moving. They prefer to travel but remain forever linked to their birthplace and always return there.

Today's article is about the conditions under which we live in the best way and the implications from the change of the geographical location, especially from emigration to a foreign country, about whether such a step is appropriate in order to substantially improve our style and quality of life or if the opposite will happen. It is no secret that there are people who have emigrated but whose lives have not significantly improved, to the contrary, they have become even harder and unpleasant.

In astrology, there are three main signs that relate to issues such as residence, the inclination for living abroad and for frequent changes in terms of latitudes. These are Sagittarius, Pisces and Cancer. I will explain in brief the role of these three signs.

One of the main meanings of Sagittarius is travelling around the world, exploring distant lands and foreign cultures. Sagittarius is known as the sign of the traveller, the adventurer, as it is extremely mobile in nature and has a momentum to unknown and distant things. This sign corresponds to the ninth house of the horoscope and it is ruled by Jupiter. The meaning of Pisces is that one does not belong to any place, being indifferent to home and able to separate and prosper everywhere. This sign corresponds to the twelfth house of the horoscope and it is ruled by Jupiter too. Cancer is associated with the home, parents, family line, residence. It corresponds to the fourth house in the horoscope and although Jupiter is not its major ruler, it is very powerful.

If you have carefully followed the things previously mentioned you have probably noticed that Jupiter is the most important planet in terms of whether, in your life, you will be inclined to live in a place away from home, whether emigration abroad will be a good solution for you. When this planet is strongly associated with the houses of "trips, adventures, home, emigration", these are the 4th, 9th and 12th houses, you will surely think of changing your city or state of residence, sooner or later.

So, especially for people born with ascendant Aries, Cancer, Virgo, Sagittarius and Capricorn, if Jupiter is associated with the fourth, ninth or twelfth house, the topic of travelling and emigration is more apparent. Those people have the resources to thrive and prosper away from their homeland.

When considering the question of the conditions under which a person would live best and if he or she would make changes in the place of residence, the fourth house in the horoscope has a priority. In order for people to leave their birthplace, they should be figuratively "detached" from it and there should be something strong enough to separate them from it. How far a person would go depends on the position of the ninth and twelfth house. When the ninth house appears, it is a sign that the person can travel much, spend some time in different countries but he or she will not necessarily change his or her residence. If, however, the twelfth house that "breaks the links" appears, it is a sign for emigration, a radical separation and for moving away from the birthplace.

Now I will present the issue of residence for each ascendant. The sign of the ascendant is always the reference point for such issues, as the houses determine reality in our lives and the events in it. I will mention only the main characteristics, so if there are planets in the fourth house of your personal horoscope, they have an impact on the conditions under which you live best. The position of the planet that rules the fourth house is important too. If it is weak, this means that no forces can keep you at home, in your home country. If it is strong, this means that the connection with home and homeland cannot be easily broken.
