Over time Yasonas became the owner of 65 properties, which he intends to turn into an "architectural marvel", build new buildings, renovate old ones and thereby revitalize the area. At the beginning his company scanned the area - which buildings are there, what are the empty plots - both municipal and private. Cartography from April 2009 shows very interesting data on the area of 400 acres, located between the streets Konstantinupoleos, Iera Odos, Piraeus, Ahileos and Deligiorgi. Subsequently, along with residents of the neighborhood and professionals started the project "KM Exemplary neighborhood” as an open platform for communication and action. The organization made several successful projects and make a temporary playground and a few temporary gardens on plots that were abandoned. Along with many residents and unions of the neighborhood, a text is made up with requests like the necessary hygiene, security and right to public spaces, they want to trigger the Jessica resources program for the renewal of city centers.
