100 Years of a Living Art - history of the Greek costume
Greek national costumes are exhibited in the Museum on 7, Dimokritou Street in the metropolitan district of Kolonaki. It is organized on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the foundation of the Lyceum of Greek Women. The exhibition presents a small part of the collection of the Lyceum, which includes over 25,000 items. The Museum of the history of Greek costume is open from Monday to Friday between 10 am and 2 pm. The exhibition will continue until December 2012.

"Twice a stranger" Exhibition
The "Twice a stranger" exhibition presents the testimonies of people who have survived the forced movement and exchanges of population in Europe in the 20th century. Unknown moments sealed in photographs of documentaries filmed over the years. They show the true face of the settlers during the most troubled years of the last century. Benaki Museum houses the exhibition from 22 September to 25 November this year. The Museum is closed for visitors on Monday and Tuesday.
