POLYPRINT S.A., an export company producing digital printing devices, based in Thessaloniki, is seeking to recruit an:

Assistant accountant

Region:
Thessaloniki

Type of employment:
Full-time employment

Main responsibilities:
Book keeping, timely updating of the main accounting and financial operations in cooperation with an external accountant
Office services (operating the phone exchange)
Orders - servicing domestic and foreign customers and suppliers
Book keeping
Tracking payments and receipts
Invoicing
Reporting
Record keeping of accounting documents
Entering the results at the end of the fiscal year

Requirements:
Diploma in accounting from a university or technical college
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in a similar company
Excellent knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Soft1)
Familiar with the code of ledgers, VAT operations and with the tax on rental services
Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Word & Excel
Excellent English - written and spoken
Organizational skills, attention to detail, systematic person
Diligence, accuracy, reliability

The following will be considered an asset:
Knowledge of other languages than English
Accounting experience in an export company

The company offers:
Full-time position, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week
