It’s Friday again and I’m here to tell you a cheerful “hi”! Today I would like to start with an event, which will rock Athens! On November 8 Beyonce is coming to the Greek capital and she will perform in Olympic Indoor Hall. Actually this won’t be her first visit to Athens. Few years back she came here with her boyfriend, now husband, Jay Z, who had a concert. She didn’t sing back then but now she will surely blow our minds!

The two news songs in GRR HOT 15 this week are Run This Town by Jay Z featuring Rihanna and Kanye West and Ekso Vges by Rallia Hristidou. Jay Z is on his way of becoming the number one solo performer with most number one albums in the US charts. His new album Blueprint 3 is about to become number one in Billboard 200 and when this happens the singer will improve Elvis Presley’s record! The second song, Ekso Vges is a cute Greek “cowboy” song, which is gaining popularity and people are starting to really appreciate the talented Rallia.

Small changes at the top of GRR HOT 15 this week. Madonna with Celebration gave the first place to Despina Vandi with Iparhi Zoi. Both singers got many of your votes last week but I guess Despina prevailed. I wonder whether Madonna fans will give themselves so easy…

Britney Spears stepped away from the Madonna-Vandi fight and remained on number three but I can feel that her song Radar will confront either Celebration or Iparhi Zoi very soon. Jestoka by Nevena and Slavi also kept its position from last week. This is huge success for the Bulgarian newcomer, especially when we keep in mind that her previous song Zoom spent quite some time in TOP 5!

It is not enough that the TOP three is so heated but yet another tigress is coming closer and closer with other every week – Shakira with her new hit She Wolf climbed with one position and is now on number five. I believe that Lady Gaga is slowly stepping away from the heated zone and it is a surprise that she did it without a fight. Her song Paparazzi fell with one position and is now on number six.

Sakis Rouvas on the other hand is going up. His remix song Pio Dinata is on number seven after a one position climb. We will see whether he will charm the fans of the ladies and go up in the chart.

Souja Boy Tell ‘Em featuring Sammie with their song Kiss me thru the phone is slowly going down. This week the song fell with one position and stopped at number eight. I Gotta Feeling that BEP are going for the TOP five. They are doing it slowly but my gut is speaking in this case. The song jumped up with one position and is now on number nine. The other Greek charmer Kostas Martakis also climbed up with one position and his song Pio Konta is on number ten.

The fall hit Sexy Bitch made a huge jump of four positions, which placed David Guetta and Akon, on number eleven. The song entered the chart last week but quickly managed to taken over our minds. I’m sure this is true for many of you because when I walk down the streets of Athens I hear myself and many other people humming “Yes I can see her, cuz every girl here wanna be her! Oh she’s a diva! I feel the same and I wanna meet her…”

Number twelve in GRR HOT 15 this week is I’m not alone by Calvin Harris. The song kept its position from last week and as it seems it is too wintery and melancholic for us, because it did not go too far in the chart.

And finally on number 13 is Stereo Love by Edward Maya and Vika Jigulina. The song fell with four positions and I’m guessing it will not be part of the chart next week. It’s weird but I connect this song to summer ’09, so when it leaves GRR HOT 15 I will be faced with the reality that summer is over! Is this good? Bad? You tell me…
