The finals for the cup of Greece in basketball will be held in the presence of children and true sports lovers. This was decided by the president of Fiba Europe Georgios Vasilakopoulos and the president of Olympiakos and Panathinaikos Panagiotis Angelopoulos and Tanasis Ianakopoulos. The tickets for the sport event will not be given to the fans of the teams, but to primary schools and high schools and they will have names written on them. Behind this decision is hiding the goal of the finals for the cup of Greece, which is to turn the game into a true sports festival such as they deserve to be. The game will be held on February 20^th on a stadium full of true lovers of basketball where no athletes, no coaches and no guests will be at risk. The decision which was taken is the first of its kind in the history of basketball and initiator is the Greek union of professional basketball players. In a letter to the Greek basketball federation and to the teams Olympiakos and Panathinaikos the union suggested that the organized fans of both teams will not have access to the tickets for the finals for the cup of Greece. The decision of the union is an attempt to fight the aggression and vandalism which is recently taking place on the sports fields and is growing by the day.

Measures for the fight with aggression were also taken by the football team of Panionios. The team banned the sale of tickets to the fens of Olympiakos for the following game between the two teams for the 20^th round of the Super league. Not a single row on the Nea Smirni stadium is provided for the fans of the white and red team, no matter if it is for organized groups or single persons. The fans of Panioios will be able to buy a ticket for the game only if they own a football fan card.

In the fight against aggression took part also UEFA. The disciplinary commission punished the team of Panathinaikos with a fine of 8000 Swiss francs because of the behavior of its fans during the game of the team against the team of Sturm Graz. The game played for the Europe League was accompanied by smoke, fumes and Bengal sparkler light by the fens of the greens. Under the special supervision of UEFA will also be the following game of the greens against Roma, which the teams will play for the European League on the OAKA stadium.
