As fighting weight can be exhausting, why don’t you change your perspective in the summer and start taking exercising not as an obligation but as another way to spend your free time pleasantly? To achieve that, follow the tips below.
The first thing to do, however, is to quit the gym. It’s not necessary to work out like an Olympic athlete to stay fit. Just exercise on your own by having fun.
Surfing
Even if you play like a child with the surf on the beach, you burn calories. The more difficulties you create for yourself, e.g. by moving upstream, the better physical shape you will be in. If you manage to pacify the air with the help of the rig, that would be even better!
Beach Volleyball
This is the best sport for the summer. It combines being on the beach with strengthening of the legs, arms and the body as a whole. Besides, you are making new friends (or enemies), depending on how good a player you are. If you play on the beach, you increase the amount of calories expended too.
Gardening
When the weather starts to improve, you spend more time in the garden, which is a good opportunity to do some gardening in the meantime. Every time you bend down to your marigolds and forget-me-nots, you train your gluteus and quadriceps muscles.
Tennis
Wipe the dust from your rocket, buy new balls, look for a tennis partner and do the best aerobic exercise by running up and down the court. You will also strengthen your hands with all the forehands and backhands you perform while playing.
Biking
Biking is an amazing type of exercising. You burn more calories compared to walking and you tone your quadriceps and calf muscles too.
Frisbee
The most fun of all, however, is playing frisbee. It’s an easy game that improves your physical condition. However, if you play it hard, for half an hour only, you can burn 300 calories!
Skating
Forget about all your complexes and buy yourself a pair of skates that will tone your feet, thighs and buttocks.
Swimming
It’s not necessary to be a champion to burn calories and make some use of this aerobic exercise. The best thing is that you don’t sweat while exercising.
Rowing
No matter if you sit in a kayak or stand up, you will quickly realise how good this exercising is. It will strengthen your biceps, triceps, waist muscles and the body as a whole. Besides, if you become tired, you may dive into the water as it is right… under you.
