With a score of 3-1 and a title Champion of Greece for the green finished the last game of the finals between women's volleyball teams of Panathinaikos and Olympiakos, which was played on the field in Rendi. Panathinaikos won for the sixth consecutive time the double and for the 22nd time in the history of the team the championship of the country.

The victory came easy for the guests. Besides a good game and it was the result of a good mental condition. The previous two games with the eternal and largest opponent brought victory for the greens.

From the very beginning of the match the greens took the lead. With good passing and thought-through attacks they managed to defeat the hosting team. The most significant contribution to the score had the athlete Molnar. She managed to score points for the team with good servings and nailings from a distance of 3 meters. Although the hosts tried their best to defeat the opponent the task proved to be over their capabilities. The first set ended with a score of 25-20 in favor of the guests.

The second set did not bring any changes on the field. Olympiakos was still looking for its rhythm. It definitely lacked coordination in passing the ball. The athletes from Panathinaikos on the other hand were again in the heat of the game. They were playing better and better from any position on the field. Players with the largest contribution to the outcome were Milona and  Tomashevic, who launched the attacks and Molnar and Dumitrescu who were taking the plan to its end by nailing the ball from different parts of the field. Greens did not leave the hosts a chance to recover and so the second set ended with 25-17 in their favor.

During the third set the red-white team made extraordinary efforts to catch up with their opponents in the score. They strengthened their blockage and reinforced the attack and apparently improved the uptake of the ball. Athletes with the greatest merit for the progress in the score were Handava and Koleva. The set finished with a 25-20 in favor of the white-red team.

The battle became even more cruel during the fourth set. Both teams went hand in hand in the outcome. But although the athletes of Olympiacos fought to the end, the superiority of the green dod not leave them a chance ... A mistake of Teneva and a block of Molnar in the final minutes of the match determined the champions of Greece.
