Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position at a 5 star hotel
Good knowledge of the A La Carte system
Accuracy and consistency in the preparation of meals
Strict adherence to the instructions of the chef, striving, every day, to achieve the best possible result
Sociable and organized person, able to take care of all sectors in the kitchen in order for them to function according to the high standards of the company, with the aim of customer satisfaction
Excellent knowledge of the health management and food safety system (ISO - HACCP)
