The end of the nightmare for the football team of AEK can already be seen. Very soon the yellow and black team will open a new page in history and will enter into their new home. It is expected that in October, they will move in the sports facility in Spata and will finally become masters of their destiny. They will leave their dreaded memories of the course Trakomakedones, ironically called the "levels" behind. The new training center is ultra modern and will provide the team all necessary conditions for good sports development. Two of the stadiums in it are UEFA sizes – 64X100. The third stadium, which the construction company "Mesogeya Sports Complexes" will submit until the end of this year is with sizes – 68X105. The annual rent for the two stadiums will amount to 600 thousand euros, and after the submission of the third stadium as well the amount will reach 720 thousand euros. Rents will be paid with the help of sponsors, and from the cashier of the team for this will be taken around 300 thousand euro. Besides the football team, in the new center will move in their offices also the management of the team, which until now was residing its offices in Marousi.

The other news is that the yellow-black team have firmly decided to cease their cooperation with Puma. Instead, they intend to seek a new company to dress up the players. The media speculates with the names of Nike and Adidas ...

Besides a new home and new clothes the players of AEK are now also with their wallets full. The management of AEK finally paid the salaries of the players and even gave them a bonus. Now they are expected to focus exclusively on the game. Payment of wages by itself is not news, of course. However given the past the team and the indefinitely long time prolonged financial obligations of the management to the players, this is indeed a fact that is worth to be celebrated. Evidence that the yellow and black team really wants to stand back on their feet are also their plans for transfers in January. One of the baits for the team is the Serb Nikola Belits from Panseraykos. Another bait and dream of Dusan Bayevich is Apostolos Velios.
