It is the beginning of the shortest and the coldest month of the year and we are again with our favourite GRR HOT 15. To dance, sing and, of course, to see its surprises this time.
The surprises wait for us even on the first step. Maria Ilieva won your hearts in no time and she is already at the top of our chart with her single I Like. So, the Bulgarian singer successfully left behind Michael Jackson which is a feather in her cap. The King of Pop stepped down one position and now is at number two. The third place this week is for the splendid Anna Vissi and her song Den Tha Iparxei Allo.
There are changes at the foothills of the top three too. Thus, the chocolate Rihanna and her funny song What's My Name is under number four. Number five is the controversial and always provocative Kanye West. The rapper is only a step away from the slightly melancholic To Kalitero Psema of the charming Mixalis Xatzigiannis who is under number six. The lucky number seven this week goes to Grafa. His song Nevidim still holds strong positions though already quite some time and your votes are the proof of it.
The eighth position remains unchanged this week too. There is the total house hit of Duck Sauce Barbara Streisand. It is interesting whether when people hear this name they remember the talented actress or start singing the playful chorus of the song. GRR HOT 15’s nine position this week is for Lubo and his optimistic and quite fresh Life is Beautiful. The Bulgarian pop singer is just one step away from the Brit band Coldplay, standing at number ten.
The last week’s new proposal is under number eleven. The beautiful song Lonely Heart of Melisses quickly managed to climb four steps up. So, the Greek group managed to leave behind the crazy Pink and her funny Raise Your Glass. The fatal thirteenth place is for the soul guru Cee Loo. The dark-skinned performer is closely followed by the fresh Black Eyed Peas and their re-make of the classic Time of My Life.
The new proposal this week comes from the young Brit hope Jessie J. The music fans know the brunette for her hits written for many famous names among which stand out those of Justin Timberlake, Christina Aguilera and Alicia Keys. So, that talented singer charms us with her first solo single, Do It Like a Dude. The funny text, the cool video and the memorable voice of Jessie J did not remain unnoticed and the song quickly has gained speed. Now it is waiting for you under number fifteen in our GRR HOT 15.
