Hey there! How are you doing this Friday? Two days before Palm Sunday and the following Holy Week... Of course, if you are like me, you know this since last week of Lent is on its way.  If you’re from the others, those who only fast one week before Easter, then you’re yet to remove meat from your dining table starting Monday. Now I will try and make your “starving” week more fun by offering you some great songs! And everybody knows it - music fixes our moods!

This week the first four positions remained unchanged. From number one to number four, respectively they are Meet me Halfway by BEP, Krifa by Melisses, Oh, Africa by Akon and Keri Hilson and Soldier of Life by Sade. The situation is very tense right now…the last three are fighting for the first positions and BEP are fiercely trying to protect it!

The Greek charmer Sakis Rouvas entered the TOP 5! His song Spase to hrono climbed with three positions and stopped at number five, adding to the tension of the race. It will be interesting to see whether next week Saki will manage to fight off some of the top four songs, or he will keep his current position.

At number six is the charity song Everybody Hurts made in order to raise a fund for the earthquake victims in Haiti. The song climbed with one position, which is great because this shows it successfully creates more and more awareness on the topic.

Two positions down and on number seven are Kokkina Halia with their song I agapi theli hrono. Unfortunately they did not reach the top but I guess they shouldn’t be that disappointed because plenty of their songs have led the chart in the past.

On number eight is Graffa. His song Ostaviash sledi climbed with two positions in an attempt to come closer to the top. The competition is way too strong and I’m not sure if he will manage to fight off the top songs, but that doesn’t mean he shouldn’t try…

News is not that good for MIKA. His song Rain fell with three positions, moving away from the race. Joining the race in full speed though, are Rous. Their song Exeresis climbed with two positions and temporarily stopped on number ten.

Surprisingly Steve Aoki and Zuper Blahq kept their last week’s position. Their spring hit I’m in the House remained on number eleven. Are they just remaining calm before the storm? I’m pretty sure they will shoot up from next week. But after all this depends on your votes!

Three positions down and on number 12 are The Festival Band with their song Backgammon Dice. Sadly soon the song will not be part of GRR HOT 15 but do not worry! I’m sure that now I introduced you to this hit jingle, it will remain in your minds for quite some time.

On number 13 and 14 are respectively the Greek and Bulgarian Eurovision representatives. Both OPA by Georgios Alkaios and Angel si ti by Miro, climbed with one position. Sadly this past week the director of the Athens Festival said that Greece should not participate in this year’s Eurovision. I hope the state will not take his proposition!

The new song this week is I know you got a man by Ludacris and Flo Rida. Yes, Flo Rida finally returned to GRR HOT 15! This song adds another strong competitor to the fierce race! I’m sure it will be fun! Vote and show us your favorite!

Now, have a great weekend, enjoy Palm Sunday and take some time to help other during the Holy Week. Have fun!
