HOTEL OPERATION MANAGER (OM APV)

Requirements:
A relevant diploma
At least three years of experience on a similar position
Fluency in English, Greek and German (Russian, Italian, Serbian would be an advantage)
Knowledge in Food & Beverage, bookings, maintenance and cleanliness management
Familiar with PROTEL SYSTEM
Able to calculate the cost of labour and excellent human resources management skills
Daily communication with customers, able to solve various problems in a fast and flexible manner
