Only child allowances to the basic salary from the numerous ones will continue to apply and will be paid in full if the family has an annual income of less than six thousand euro. For a minor child, the family is entitled to receive no more than 40 euro per month if its annual income does not exceed six thousand euro. For two children, the allowance is 80 euro. It is 130 euro for three children and 180 euro for four children. For each additional child, the allowance remains 80 euro.

If the income is between six and twelve thousand euro, 75% of the monthly allowance will be paid and if the annual income is between twelve and eighteen thousand euro, the family will receive only one third of the initial value of the allowance.

Then follow a series of changes that are intended to reduce the weight of cost of citizens and real businesses through the cancellation of restrictions and fees to third parties:

- The two percent previously deducted from the customers for all construction and technical services provided, which went to the insurance fund of engineers, is cancelled as well as the two percent on government procurement contracts, which also went to the same fund. Henceforth, the insurance fund of engineers must support itself only by the contributions of employees and employers in the sector like all other professions do

- The minimum wage of energy efficiency estimators of buildings, who received previously at least 200 euro to give an approval for renting or selling a property is cancelled

- The market of tourist transport is liberalized and hotels will be authorized to have their own transportation facilities for their customers

- Educated accountants and tax specialists will be entitled to independent private practice without being obliged to become members of the federation

- Businessmen will be allowed to open dental offices and dental surgeries without a diploma in the particular field but against the obligation to hire qualified staff

- The restrictions on the number of companies distributing printed materials, newspapers and magazines will be removed

- Free rental of trucks with gross weight of up to 3.5 tons by individuals and companies will be allowed.

The changes in labour legislation that continue to be the bone of contention in the internal political life of the country are:

- The minimum wage for workers in the private sector over the age of 25 years is 586 euro

- The same age group is entitled to a 10% increase in salary for every three years of service or a total of 30% increase in nine years of a service for the same employers

- The minimum wage for young people under the age of 25 will be 510.95 euro

- The minimum wage will not increase with the marital status benefits as before – in the case of marriage, the monthly salary of employees is automatically increased by 58 euro

The changes in compensation for redundancy in the private sector show:

- For service from one to four years, the employer owes compensation to the amount of two monthly salaries

- For service from four to six years, the compensation reaches three monthly salaries

- For service between six and eight years, the value is four salaries

- For ten years of service, the employer must pay six salaries

- For more than 11 years of service, the compensation for dismissal is seven monthly salaries

- Employees with 28 years of service for the same employer are entitled to receive compensation equal to 24 months and 12 of the 24 months will be calculated with a ceiling not exceeding 2,000 euro.
