In a calm atmosphere and full of optimism left the Greek national team for South Africa. With a charter flight at 23.00h. sharp they left from the Greek land and flew away to their dream called World Cup...

The players came incognito at the airport. They used the VIP entrance to be away from the eyes of cameras and journalists. However the shopping they decided to do at the last moment gave them away. The last ones on Greek land. Later they made pictures with the passengers and fans who were at the airport at this hour. So with suitcases full of dreams and they took with them the wishes... not to be in a rush to return. Not to rush to return wished them this morning also those who had gathered during the final workout at homeland fans...

The plane will land at the airport in Derban at 08.00 o’clock in the morning, where thousands of Greeks, inhabitants of South Africa will await the players.
