The latest gossip says that Teoharis probably will present Greece during Eurovision in the spring in Germany. He himself was born in Düsseldorf and he is perfectly fluent with the German language which will be in his favour. He has a big trump card in his hand as he is a close friend of Elias Psinakis. Teoharis has known him ever since he was one year old because his mother was close friends with the extravagant manager. Psinakis was the first manager of Sakis Rouvas and he has been in television for many years, winning viewers because he is absolutely hard-edged and has a great ironic sense of humour. But his word also has its weight and most likely we would see the young Mr. Ioannidis on stage in Germany next Eurovision if they agree on how he could be presented so that something really interesting comes out to win the European audience.
Teoharis Ioannidis is 27 years old. He grew up in Germany until the age of 11, and then went home to Greece with his family. When he was 15 years old he had his personal revolution and declared to his parents that he would go to Minneapolis to study. His odyssey includes another return to his homeland when he tried to study law in Thessaloniki, but without success. Then he ventured into theatre circles and decided that there he would fulfill his dreams. And then he went to America again where he studied acting and directing at the New York Film Academy, but constantly traveled to Greece to meet with his then girlfriend.
Now Teoharis appears in cult Greek series, plays in the theatre. This year he takes part in the Doll series on MEGA TV and every Sunday fights with Elpida in the reality show Just the Two of Us.
