The Greek airline Aegean Airlines gave an offer for ?170 million for the purchase of Olympic airways. The American Chrysler Aviation also made an offer of ?210 million. Both offers are for the three Olympic companies – the Panteon flying operations, land services and the technical support base. Besides that, the American company has made an offer for Olympic’s real estate properties by offering the government to hold the ownership of 254% of them.
As grreporter.info already told you, the Greek government is already negotiating with Marfin Investment Group and Swissport, which also made their offers last month. MIG offered ?45.7 million for Paneon, another ?60 million for the stock capital of the company and another ?16.7 million the technical support. On the other hand, Swissport offered ?44.8 million for the land services. As a whole, the offers of both companies come up to ?177.2 million.
An official announcement by Aegean says that it offers ?90 million for the flying Panteon operations, ?60 million for the stock capital and another ?20 million for the technical support base.
