Measures in terms of fairness and dialogue: Measures for savings should be as fair as possible (or at least as less unfair as possible). Weight distribution should be the subject of genuine debate, albeit in a limited time that we have, and not to be final message that is not subject to negotiation.

A government decided to act effectively: In addition to the weakness of the European leadership in dealing with the problems of the eurozone, it is clear that the significant delays of the government have also contributed for today's situation. Ministerial hesitation, postponing, attempts to change the objectives within the party are some of the reasons for the delay.

It is now high time to overcome the pseudodilemmas and personal practices, which only delay the necessary decisions, but at a great price for all. And while certain ministers fight decisively, without thinking about the political price, others do not follow this path. We now believe it imperative for the government members who do not withstand the pressure or put their own interests in the first place to withdraw.

Criticality of the situation requires individual and collective efforts to overcome the crisis. They must be carried out under the clear conditions and specific prerequisits that we mentioned. If these efforts are made, the outcome of the crisis could be much closer than we think. Otherwise it won’t be the government or any political power that will lose, it will be Greece."
