Requirements:

Tourism school graduate

Successful and proven experience on a similar position in a four or five-star city hotel

Excellent knowledge of at least two foreign languages ​​(English is mandatory)

Computer skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Able to manage our Facebook page and other social media

Knowledge of ERP (Fidelio) will be considered an advantage

Responsible for the organization of events

 

Personal skills:

Ethics, strong leadership skills and teamwork

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work under pressure

 

Short description of the job:

Managing and cooperating with the sales department in order to sell the highest number of rooms

Managing and cooperating with the banquets department in order to reach the maximum number of events organized

Responsible for the relevant preparation for the realization of the objectives stated above

Effective collaboration with other departments

Negotiating with various suppliers and subcontractors

Liaising with customers after the completion of certain tasks

Marketing management through special media
