I believe in one form or another that this will happen in the coming years. If I have the opportunity to choose whether or not to receive this type of proposals, the advertisers will certainly get much more clients, who are interested in their products, because I would take advantage of it only when I look for something specific and intent to buy and not to find myself on manufacturer's websites by clicking on a random result in any of the search engines.
Advertising must find the appropriate form through which to reach consumers, not to create a sense that imposes and is ignored in turn. If it can formulate a real benefit, combined with the phenomenon of social networks and the old principle of recommendation from a friend, I'm sure it will not change because of change itself, but in a new format or it can even become ease in the life of every person.
