The German Minister of Finance clearly suggested that the Greek government and Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras in person were trying to circumvent the implementation of commitments undertaken in the summer, probably due to the poor majority in parliament.

Greek companies are the most pessimistic business in Europe regarding the development of key economic indicators such as revenues, employment and overall business climate. Their Bulgarian counterparts are cautiously optimistic.

Minister of Culture Aristidis Baltas said that the Greek government would not bring legal claims, as it believed that the country would lose the case.
