The government is assuring the lawmakers that the bill which it will vote on tonight will include the last severe fiscal measures.

Giannakis Ioannou, a lawyer for the victims' families, has announced the decision. Yanko Stoimenov has learnt about it from the press. "Clearly there is a leak of information from the secretary’s office of the court and the news is probably true," his Greek lawyers comment.

The residents of the village of Megali Panagia have filed a complaint of assault against the employees of the gold mines in Halkidiki. Activists report that the miners had vandalized a car in the centre of the village first and rushed into the house of a local resident later.
