At 15:00, the two arrested for the fire on Imitos – the Greek A.G., 67, and the Bulgarian T.D., 58, faced the three-jurors court of first instance, which released them.

The prosecutor charged them with forest arson due to negligence, which could cause a risk to people and property. These charges allowed the two detainees to be released and appear in court within a specific timeline.

There are two witnesses testifying against the defendants. The latter blame one another.
