It is a well-known fact that PAOK fans are the most enthusiastic in Greece. And as they say themselves, football is precisely the reason for this.

The enthusiasm and madness about the team is a way of life for its fans and the way they express this often makes interesting news, as stated by the website inpaok.com.

"We have seen mothers lulling their children with the PAOK anthem, we have seen Zulus singing songs for the team and young children writing essays about it," reads the website of the fans.

Attracting lead striker Dimitar Berbatov into the team has caused furore among its fans who continue to express their admiration in different ways.

One of them obviously is Periklis Gokas, economics professor at the eponymous school of Democritus University of Thrace in Komotini, who included Berbatov in the supplementary examinations in September.

During the examination in macroeconomic theory, he assigned to his students to calculate the estimated salary of the striker. The case was set as follows:

If W is the salary of Berbatov in PAOK, MPL is the marginal productivity value and P is the price level, which equation does PAOK use to increase its profits?

The examination took place over the past few days and it is not yet clear how many students have passed it. It is only certain that PAOK fans among them were pleasantly surprised.
