After nearly six hours of debates the Eurogroup meeting is over. According to early reports, the Eurozone finance ministers have reached an agreement on the new Greek programme.

The ministers have approved the third rescue package, and the first tranche of of €26 billion is coming soon.

In a statement to Reuters, however, the Belgian Finance Minister Johan van Overtveldt indicated he had agreed that the programme be implemented, but with some 'additional measures'.
