The Greek army has started training 100 soldiers from Qatar, involved in rifle corps and heavy artillery, as announced by the Hellenic Army General Staff.

The training began yesterday and will continue in the coming days in the region of Evros in northern Greece.  

The whole operation is under the guidance of the International Centre for Military Training in Alexandroupolis and its opening was attended by Chief of Hellenic Army General Staff Mikhail Kostarakos.
