Key ministers in Alexis Tsipras’s cabinet are opposing the agreement with creditors reached yesterday morning. Minister of Defence Panos Kammenos, who is also the leader of SYRIZA’s coalition partner Independent Greeks, set the tone by stating that his party would support what the political leaders had agreed before Alexis Tsipras’ trip to Brussels. "Some want a coup, they want our government to fall and another government to come to power, for which the Greek people have not voted," said Kammenos.
Minister of Development Panagiotis Lafazanis who is the leader of the left platform in the coalition of the radical left is of the same opinion too. He directly urged Alexis Tsipras to withdraw from the "unacceptable" agreement reached with creditors yesterday and called Germany an "economic killer" and "sullen blackmailer."
