New Democracy leads in public opinion with a slight difference

At the same time, 68% are against the Memorandum of economic aid and 21% support it. The highest numbers among those who are positive about the agreement are the voters of PASOK – 46%, followed by New Democracy – 38%. Only 4% of SYRIZA’s voters are "for" the Memorandum.
52% of respondents have a positive opinion about the European Union and the opinion of 44% is negative. 67% of the voters of New Democracy, 63% of those of PASOK and 39% of SYRIZA’s voters are positive towards Europe. The positive assessments of the euro are 67%. However, the support for the single currency has fallen compared with July (72%) and May (77%). There is an increase in negative opinions, which increased to 31% in September from 26% in July and 22% in May. Among the voters of the three parties, the most positive is the opinion of those of PASOK with 90%, New Democracy – 81% and SYRIZA – 52%.
53% of Greeks believe that the euro zone has a future and 41% believe that it will collapse.
