·          Places, which have total area of less than 70 square meters will not have to build anything and smoking will be allowed there.

·          Fines for people violating the new law will vary between ?1 000 and ?20 000.

·          Sale of tobacco products to minors is forbidden.

·          Entrance of minors into night clubs is forbidden unless they have an elder companion.

·          A special service will be created, which will protect minors from cigarettes and alcohol.
