The tragedy near the Aegean island of Samos is becoming increasingly dramatic - a luxury yacht and a boat packed with illegal immigrants overturned there early this morning. According to the latest data, the Greek Coast Guard Service has taken out the bodies of 18 people, including three children. 14 of them were found inside the yacht, which is currently located at the port of Vatios.

As we already informed you, Greek authorities have managed to rescue 36 people, including a little girl. She was immediately taken to hospital in Athens and 6 more immigrants were hospitalized in Samos.

Authorities have just reported the discovery of 4 more bodies. In this way, the victims so far total 22: 12 women, 4 children (three boys and a girl), as well as 6 men. Most of the bodies were discovered inside the yacht which had overturned.
