Athens, like Sofia is one of those cities that grows, but does not age. Besides the Acropolis and the hundreds of other historical monuments, Athens has many hidden beauties and interesting places for a fraction of which we have already told you in “Athens that I love." Here you will see pictures of the Hellenic Motor Museum, which is located in a specially designed space in the building of the Athenian Capitol mall in the heart of the capital. This is another place that impressed GRReporter and it is well worth a visit if you live in Athens or you simply have decided to come and visit the city.
The cars are from the personal collection of businessman Thodoris Haragionis who finds and restores vintage cars from 1977. He has restored over 300 cars, and the exhibition shows about 110 of them. Among the models you can see Rolls Royce (1939) last generation before World War II, which was owned by Sir Laurence Olivier and the pink Chrysler Imperial Crown (1959) owned by Led Zeppelin soloist, Robert Plant.
