A new scandal arose in the past few days in Greece which grew to such an extent that it even eclipsed the news related to the financial survival of the country. Among public rioting, financial political scandals and economic crisis, a headline arose above them all and this was the unexpectedly published porno DVD of the Greek Pamela Andersen – Julia Aleksandratou. Known as a model, even singer (at the stage the voice is not among the most important things in her case) or just a media star, Julia Aleksandratou surprised everybody with her talent to make love in the most different ways.
The intrigue however is not the DVD itself, but the claims of Julia that the film which was published as she says is: “An intimate moment with a man and I will sue the company which published this video.” When the movie was released o the market it turned out that is not just a home-made video, but a professionally captured production with the right lights, cameras etc. And as we know the bad things never come alone. After a journalistic investigation of the crew of the television show “Fotis and Maria” it turned out that the partner of Julia in the hot video is not anybody else but the famous actor staring in adult movies Ian Scott, which means a porn star with long term experience.
“The personal moments” of Ian and Julia evoked such a great interest among the Greek audience that for less than 48 hours were sold over 200 thousand copies. According to the Greek magazine „Porn subject” the total income from the sale of the firs issue of the movie will exceed four million euro, two thirds of which will enter the pocket of the producers company. The movie was sold in a package with an adult magazine in about 17 thousand kiosks throughout the country.
From the producers’ company Sirina Productions which is responsible for the production rushed to make a statement that the DVD is legal and is shot and released on the market with the knowledge and permission of Julia Alexandratou herself. The publishers are famous in the area of the creation and publication of erotic movies for adults in Greece.
The media fuss surrounding the DVD in question attracted the attention of the Agency for investigation of economic crimes part of the Ministry of finances which carried out a detailed examination of the Sirina Productions’ office. The owner of the company Dimitris Sarianakis stated in a phone interview before the Greek web sit zougla.gr that all the documents of the company are in order and are following all the legal procedures. He claims that the producers’ company has perfect accounting statements and the incomes from the sale of the printed edition and the movies are subject to taxation stipulated in the law.
The whole story took a negative turn after the publishing of the news that in the office of the company were found porn pictures and movies staring minors. Dimidtris Sarianakis denied such claims and stated that his company is legal and publishes legal movies and printed materials. “In order to make an erotic movie it is mandatory that the actors have already turned 18, a contract is signed and medical examinations are made. This is a procedure which we follow and our activity is completely legal” says before zougla.gr the producer of Sirina Productions.
