In a manifesto published on a website connected with the anarchist circles, the terrorist group "Conspiracy of Fire Nuclei" assumes responsibility for sending the parcel bomb to the house of the judge who is involved in the investigation of its actions.

The manifesto is entitled "Plan Phoenix 5 - Kill the Judges." Its authors are particularly aggressive towards the magistrates and accuse them of becoming "very arrogant."

They say they followed the judge a long time before sending a "gift for revenge" to him. "Sending a parcel bomb to the inquisitor...is an initial, minimal and spontaneous response."

The authorities are anxious about the call for attacks against judges in which the authors of the manifesto include not only bombings but also direct killing.
