The Greek police arrested for the sixth time fashion designer Lakis Gavalas for outstanding debts to the state. The new arrest warrant issued is for taxes to the amount of 712,000 euro.
The three-member panel of the fast-track court in Athens has unanimously freed from guilt journalist Kostas Vaxevanis known for the publication of the "Lagarde List".
However, as a whole, acquiring citizenship in Greece is the most difficult - the Greek state granted citizenship to just 1.8% of the foreign applicants whereas the average rate in the European Union was 2.3%.
