Skeletons of a man and woman buried embracing have been discovered in Greece. The find dates back to around 3800 BC.

Things today are not the same as in 2010 and the consequences of such an event are calculated. The rest of the countries may suffer, but only for a specific and short period of time. For Greece, however, the consequences of bankruptcy will last for years and will be very painful, as stated by leading Greek commentators.

The strong players in the Eurogroup were not happy at the sight of the Greek Minister. In contrast, director of the International Monetary Fund Christine Lagarde seemed to be fairly, or even quite, fascinated by him.

A photo of the protest in Athens appeared on the Facebook profile of Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras and the comment was, "The people in the cities of Greece and Europe are involved in the battle of negotiations. They are our strength."

Greece had already left a monetary union, namely the Latin, which existed until World War I, and several times had unilaterally terminated the payment of loans and defaulted, as recalled by economist Georgi Ganev in an interview for GRReporter.
