No vehicles will be able to pass through for three consequtive Saturday nights - today, November 15th, and also the 22nd and 29th of November, from 20:00 until 08:00 on Sunday.

The British council starts a short essay competition. The theme is the international dialogue and the topic is "Imagine your future in an always changing city." The deadline for submitting the essays is January 8th, 2009.
